BRANDING TECHNIQUES

SCREEN PRINTING

One of the most widely used printing techniques, particularly for textile products such as clothing, umbrellas, bags, caps and other items. It is suitable exclusively for flat surface.

VINYL

Vinyl is digitally printed, cut and applied to the garment, offering vibrant finishes and a noticeable feel. Unprinted vinyl can also be cut and applied, with a wide range of colors, textures and effects.

SUBLIMATION

Suitable mainly for white or light-colored polyester fabrics, with some exceptions such as mugs. The design is printed onto special paper and transferred to the product using heat, leaving a smooth, seamless finish.

PAD PRINTING

A versatile marking technique suitable for almost any surface or shape, using one or more colors. It works on most materials, although ink adhesion on metal cannot be guaranteed.

EMBROIDERY

Used on textiles such as t-shirts, polo shirts, caps and bags. Quality depends on stitch count, size and placement, with up to 15 colors.

IML

Offers the highest print quality by pre-printing a polypropylene (PP) label and placing it inside the product mold. The molten PP fuses with the label, making the label and packaging one seamless piece.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Four-color digital printing for flat products, offering high quality and precision on most materials, including edge-to-edge printing. A white base may be required depending on the material.

TRANSFER PRINTING

When direct screen printing is not possible, the design is printed onto transfer paper and then applied to the garment using heat and pressure, transferring the ink onto the fabric.

LITHOGRAPHY

The design is etched onto a metal plate coated with a protective substance using acid. The plate is then inked and pressed onto the desired surface to create the print.

LASER ENGRAVING

An elegant marking technique that engraves logos onto metal, leather, wood or glass. Laser engraving does not allow color printing; the final color depends on the product’s base material.

PATCH WORK

A quick way to customize textiles. The design is printed or embroidered onto a patch, which is then attached by sewing or heat application. Commonly used on uniforms, corporate clothing, backpacks and bags.

3D MODELING

We use state-of-the-art technology to create fully customized molds. Designs are tested using 3D printing, allowing us to develop a wide range of fully functional products from scratch.
